The decent and easy going actress who is more dominant in Kannywood is the daughter of Malam Aliyu who is an elder statesman.  She is of a mixed heritage and looking at her from her father’s side, Hadiza is of Gabonese descent, while on her mother’s side, she is of Fulani ancestry from Adamawa State, Nigeria.

Hadiza Aliyu tasted education the very first time in life Republic of Gabon where she attended primary and secondary schools and obtained her certificate. She studied so hard to pass very well because her childhood dream was to become lawyer .She was forced to drop out from University due to some issues that impaired her studies. Her academic came to an abrupt halt then that gave her the opportunity to pursue a diploma programme in French Language and she ended up teaching in a private school after graduation.

Career

Hadiza Aliyu aka Hadiza Gabon relocated from Adamawa  to Kaduna with the intention to launch her Kannywood career after developing interest in acting. On getting to Kaduna she met  Ali Nuhu and sought for his assistance in launching her acting career. She landed her debut movie role in a film titled “Artabu” in 2009. Referred to as “Queen of Kannywood”, the Hausa language cinema of Nigeria.
