She did her formal education both her primary and secondary school education in Lagos State Nigeria. attended Queen’s College in Yaba, Lagos for her high school education and proceeded to Bowen University in Iwo, Osun State where she studied business administration. After completing her education and launching her acting career, Tinsel was her acting debut. She has also appeared in TV commercials and hosted programs on TV.

According to the beautiful actress and mother, she said she had always been art-inclined right from an early age. She partook in one theatre or music event or the other. Right from her child hood years, she had always wanted to be in the entertainment industry. Her debut acting experience was on popular soap opera Tinsel. She kicked started her acting career at the auditions of the popular Nigerian TV soap opera. Subsequently, she got the role of ‘Thelema Duke’ in the TV series.
After her exceptional display of talent on the TV soap opera titled Tinsel, she caught the attention of many producers with her outstanding skills. Soon after that, her acting prowess grew beyond Tinsel and her talent become more brighter and had better prospect . Damilola Adegbite and Chris Attoh got engaged in August 2014, in case you don’t know who Chris Attoh is, he is a fellow actor who is widely regarded as one of the best in Africa at large. They reportedly met on set of the soap opera Tinsel and fell in love. They couple welcomed their son Brian in September 2014. They married privately in Accra, Ghana on 14 February 2015.
Fast forward to September 2017, news broke that Adegbite’s marriage to husband Chris Attoh had crashed. After much digging trying to confirm if this rumor was true, the rumors and speculations turned out to be true when the actor boldly came out to confirm their divorce after some time. She deleted Chris Attoh’s surname from her social-media accounts which was one of the reason everyon believed it.
She went as far as unfollowing him on Instagram, deleted all photos of him from her social media account.
